Hand Writing - Please help us get your order right the first time.  Please print clearly and legibly on all faxed forms! We are not responsible for errors made due to illegible handwriting.

Proofs - If you would like to see a proof of your order before it is printed, we can fax you a copy for a nominal charge.  Contact us for more information.
